My Versa won't sync to the app on my phone, last time it synced was this morning. Have tried restarted it but it still won't sync.

Hi @Kim85 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue by yourself. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your tracker and phone, as mentioned, it needs to be compatible.
If your phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
