I have it for 2 months and the screen is black. Have tried the community suggestions and nothing

I'd like to follow up and would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. If you haven't done so, please try the troubleshooting tips that are listed in this help article. You can skip the steps that you already tried. Once you've done the workarounds, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
