I have tried all the restart instructions those are described in the forum. Nothing is working. The back green light is still blinking but the screen will not turn on. Any help would be appreciated.

If your watch's display won't turn on, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

That happened to me and Fitbit replaced it, impossible to do the restart as your screen is broke, defective product.
