Hi,

My Versa hasn't been syncing with the Fitbit app for 2 days now (UK). I have a Sony Xperia X phone. I have turned off and turned on Bluetooth around 8 times, restarted my Versa around 7 times, force stopped the app and restarted it and also uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Nothing is working. And the time is wrong by around 10 mins. Please can I have some support on what to do next.

A couple more things to try:

 

  • restart the phone
  • "forget" any link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings

There may be some more things to try in fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If none of that works it's probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

edit: the time should sort itself out when it starts syncing again

Thanks, it finally synced when I restarted my phone.
