Versa screen is black

My Versa screen will not show anything at all. The lights on the back are still on but it will not pair. I was able to restart it last night once I saw it moving slowly, but when I woke up the screen is black and there nothing I can physically do. Is there something else I can do to make it work? I’ve only had it for a year.

Try a hard restart by holding the button down until the blue diamond appears then release. May take a few minutes. I have a versa 2
