I have tried resetting by holding down the back button for 10 seconds several times. Turning off or a hard reset is not an option because I cannot navigate the screen. My Versa is less than a year old. I understand the Corona Virus has impacted companies, but there doesn't even appear to be an option to chat or to email corporate. If I am missing options, please advise.
