My Versa 2 quit working correctly after about a month. It tracks my steps but the screen will not come on when I flip my wrist. It does not respond to any swiping so I can't get any data and can't turn on the workout function, nor use the Relax app on it. Of course it happened within 45 days but with this coronavirus, I have not had a chance to try to figure out what do about getting it replaced within the 45 days. Not to mention, it seems like I cannot find any way to directly contact FitBit about a replacement. I'm pretty disappointed in the quality. This is my first fitness tracker and has been less than stellar experience. I was already disappointed when I got it when I realized that the features I was most interested in were only available with the premium version. Guess I missed a tiny asterisk directing me to fine print about this detail.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
