Hi I've had my versa for around 18mths i had an issue with the screen in sept last year but it corrected itself and its been fine but the last 2 days the battery has drained to 0% twice and I've had to charge it this morning i noticed when it was finished charging that the screen is dim but getting it dimmer to black in around 3seconds & also has with lines when you press a button on the right it then overlaps the main screen. Anyone have anything to fix this.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about what's happening with your Versa screen. While this shouldn't happen, I'd recommend to perform a restart to correct any misbehavior. For instructions, check this help article. Monitor it for the next days and let me know if the screen is still not working correctly.

Restart does no good when the screen is completely black and you cant see if restarted or not?
