For some reason I can’t select many of the clock faces. When I find a face I like I go to select it and the button isn’t an option to be pushed. There’s a notification saying that I may need to update my app in order to get that clock face, but I checked and everything is updated and has been restarted.

i was able to make a clock face change once a month ago without issue. So i tried it again this week and the clock face template that i want keeps on loading. i tried waiting on it for as much as half an hour to see if its just my internet is slow but nothing happened. my fitbit app is updated as per my last check a few minutes ago. i also logged out of the app and logged back in again but still nothing happened. Please help.
