Versa screen is blank

My versa is less than 10 months old  Love it except that for the last few weeks, battery has been draining much quicker than normal and this morning, the screen went funny (lines) and now black.  It is still syncing to my phone.  Tried reset-nothing.

@neven74 Did you try a new clock face? See if that works.

@neven74 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is draining fast and the screen went blank after showing some lines across. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the screen turned on after changing the clock face as @Heather-S advised.

In addition, please try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your watch.

Keep @Heather-S and me posted on the outcome.

Thanks-no change after changing the clock face.

I think I am having the same issue! Two days ago, only the top half of the clock face would show. I reset it and the full logo displayed, but every time I checked it less and less of the face was visible. I tried the firmware update while charging and now my phone can't connect at all and a reset only turns the backlight on and off.

@neven74 thank you for getting back and trying the workaround previously shared. Since the issue persists, let me forward your case to our support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

@Szabor thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.

I'll be around if any question arises.

Unfortunately my phone cannot connect to my Fitbit at all anymore, it says 'no devices found' even when the Fitbit is charging and the backlight is on.
