Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Marharmonie

Im sorry to see your Fitbit Tracker has a blank screen but I am happy to see that you are still getting credit for your activities. Now let’s get that display working again...I did see that you tried restarting your Fitbit Versa which is great. Sometimes it helps to perform a restart several times. Please try restarting several times to see if that doesn’t get your display working again.
Hers how:

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

You may also want to clean the contacts of your Versa as well. Please look here to find the proper way to keep those contacts clean: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005/?q=Clean&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

😃 Please let me know if does indeed resolve your issue and gets you back up and running again

Hello again @Marharmonie

Im sorry that restarting your Fitbit Versa several times did not resolve your issue. At this point the only suggestion I can give is to call a Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB

I'm really sorry I couldn’t have been more help.

Hi @Marharmonie. Welcome on board. @SunsetRunner, thanks for your big help!

@Marharmonie, thanks for your efforts while trying the restart process. Before getting in touch with our team, please try to perform a factory reset on your Versa to get the screen responding. After this process you'll need to reinstall your apps and clock faces after this process, so make sure to sync with the Fitbit app prior doing this. Here are the steps:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, you'll see the Fitbit logo with a message saying either "Fitbit.com/setup" or "Data not clear".

If this process works, please set up your Versa as a new device in the Fitbit app and continue using it to records your stats.

Keep me posted!
