Touchscreen not working after charging .

I had my Fitbit hooked up to my charger , and when I went to put it on this morning, the touchscreen was not working , I have tried a factory reset a couple times after reading it worked for one lady who was having the same issues but it’s not working for me at all. It still turns on when tilted on my wrist and all the buttons work as well. Please help!

It displays the time, date , the regular screen as it has always been . I
get notifications as well

Hi, try installing a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself. Regards kuzibri

 

BTW, how did you perform the FR? I ask this cause after a FR there should be nothing on the watch as it is essentially a new watch that needs to be setup for the first time.
