Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've tried that. Screen is now totally black. I can feel it vibrate and the alarm went off this morning on it.

The same thing happened to me today. Now it's totally black and won't do anything.
