Versa won't respond

  • My Versa is not tracking anything not my steps,  miles,  floors,  or heart rate for 3 days. I noticed that the green laser is not working. Tried restarting, factory reset, and even replacing my Versa in the app from scratch. Everything is up to date for the Versa and the app. Nothing worked.
