For some reason, my Fitbit Versa decided to stop working on me today, despite being fully charged. The screen is just completely blank. It very occasionally vibrates for less than a second but that's the only sign of life. I've tried doing a reset (pressing the back and bottom buttons) but have had no luck with that.
I'm not sure if this is related but a few days the battery completely died and then the next day after I'd fully charged it, it randomly decided to wipe my step count and start from 0 in the middle of the day. Very weird.
Any advice would be much appreciated. I can't face having to pay out for a new one...I haven't even had this one that long!
UPDATE: It actually appears to be measuring my heart rate...I can see the little green light! And it also seems to be tracking my steps from what I can see on the app.

Try a different clock face.

Thank you for the suggestion. I gave it a go and it didn’t work, sadly.
