Versa screen is glitching

My watch is glitching, the screen will look normal for a few seconds and then fades into a white screen and can't see anything it was working just fine earlier yesterday woke up and it was acting up, never had it in thermal  extremes, or moisture I always took it off when washing hands showering ect, ive only had it for a few months, but it gets so bright I can't read anything on the watch
