How do I get replacement versa started

My versa died totally. After many questions & investigation they have replaced it. The versa face says download fitbit app which I already have. Then I follow instructions which say: part charge, choose tracker,  says whoa you already have a versa, choose replace, let phone find tracker, says found then goes round & round and times out. Says Bluetooth issues. No I have other items that sync with Bluetooth. Had this going on for 3 days no tracker, sad☹ any suggestions please

Hi @Lin-LinD. Here are a couple things to try:

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone. Does it show your old Versa as one of your devices? If yes, Remove it.
  2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone. If your old Versa is listed, Forget it.

Once your old Versa is completely  off your phone, then start the process to Add a Devices again. Please let us know if this works.
