Hello all,
My Fitbit Versa has been working grandly since I got it for Christmas last year. However, on Friday, after the alarm went off, it died. When I recharged it, the screen stopped working. The screen just showed white. It fades in and out depending on what buttons I press. I tried multiple restarts and a reset. The watch still syncs with my phone, it vibrates when I receive calls and texts. The green heart rate light on the back still works. It's almost as if the only thing that's wrong is the display.
Is there any hope?

Best AnswerMy Versa just recently started doing something very similar! The screen works fine for about 5 seconds, then turns white. The screen functions slowly when white so notifications overlap. The auto display when I turn my wrist has stopped working as well. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Best AnswerHello @AndreaFitbit
Restarting did not fix the problem. Instead, the screen now presents a different abnormality every time it turns on from turning white to flickering to shifting colors. If it didn't make it hard to read it might be fun. 😁
