my screen was glitching earlier today and i fixed it but now my screen is pixelated  and dark how do i fix it

actually its not fixed it started glitching again

mine is the same, started happening about a month ago and now it takes ages to turn on the screen, there's a line at the top of the screen that I guess indicates which section of screen should be showing but there's nothing on the screen.  Very glitchy
