Hi @Freedom47 - your watch may be stuck in sleep mode. Pull down on the watch face once, then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and turn off Sleep.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like your Versa is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
