Cannot get my Versa to raise brightness

Update: Screen very faint to see

Hi @Freedom47 - your watch may be stuck in sleep mode. Pull down on the watch face once, then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and turn off Sleep.

Hi there, @Freedom47. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like your Versa is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
