Versa screen is too sensitive

Talking to a Versa user this afternoon I asked her how it was going and she said good, but the screen seems to over respond. Touch it and it flicks to the next screen, and the next. Flick it back to the home screen and it is ok for a bit, but touch it and then it does the same. I can't see anything in the Fitbit lit to explain this. Turning it off and on again does not seem to fix it. Any suggestions?

Hi @aster5 - just possibly it may need cleaning, Also try fully syncing and then from the watch Settings, About menu, do a full Shutdown.

Then place on charge to restart it and charge it. It might just help.
