Versa 2 screen glitching and won't work

I put my watch on the charger this evening for a bit, then took it off and did some running around. It was fine. Climbed into bed and noticed it was flashing. I looked at it and the screen is glitching; it won't shut off or go to another screen. I tried to sync it and at first it wouldn't go, but then it did. Then I tried the factory reset, and it shut off and went black. I thought it was restarting. After 5 minutes, nothing happened and clicked the button with no response. Then I put it back on the charger and the glitching screen came back on. Not sure whats happening. Any help?

I came here to ask the exact same question. Mine started doing this tonight, just days after my daughter's started doing the same. To say I'm frustrated would be a major understatement.

Just letting you know that I switched the face/clock on my fitbit from the app, and it's been working fine since. Not sure what the issue was, but hopefully this could help you too.
