So a week ago my Fitbit versa started having blue lines on the sides of the screen and was acting very slowly. I did a factory reset, but it did not help. Now yesterday morning I woke up to a static screen that was unresponsive. It still seemed to track things, but I couldn't use the screen at all. Now this morning the thing is entirely unresponsive, will not charge or sync with my phone and the screen is totally black. I did contact support on Twitter, but haven't received anything back yet. Please help!

Unfortunately I had to contact the fitbit help twitter and had to get my device replaced. They will ask you to try to restart the device again and or let the battery die and charge it again. My device was damaged due to soap. Its not liquid proof. Just water proof lol.

hi, what was the fix please? mine is having the same issues; started with blue lines down the sides of the screen and heart rate monitor went (before or after blue lines appeared i can't recall). Tried resetting. on Saturday, totally unresponsive. Since then I have a black screen. Seems to still sync with the FitBit app on my phone. Placed on charge plugged into my computer port, tried resetting again this morning but nothing, although it did vibrate once but I still see nothing on the screen, Thanks

Same thing is happening. My Versa is fully charged. I have updated the software but it will not reboot. I have tried pressing and holding all buttons. I feel a short vibration but it wont turn on.

I just had a session on chat with support who even tried a factory reset. This is my second Versa that has completely died within 12 months of purchase. It happened to the first one just after Fitbit released the Versa 2. This one is less than a year old. I hate when companies use planned obsolescence as a business strategy.
