My Versa battery died yesterday in the middle of it’s 10,000 step notification. When I put on charger, the logo partially appeared after a short time, but there were vertical lines and void areas. Removed and replaced on charger and left overnight. This morning I was unable to wake the screen. Followed steps to attempt to reset/restart but screen remained black only. I opened the Fitbit app on my phone and it showed the Versa as fully charged and synced. It also showed an update ready to be installed, so I did that and waited as it installed. Screen still won’t wake, no buttons bring anything up and tried reset/restart again, but nothing. As app shows fully charged and synced, I put watch on and see that it is functioning as far as tracking steps, heart rate, etc. on app, but I just can’t get anything on Versa screen. So everything appears to be functioning except the screen itself. Any help appreciated
