For the past week my Versa has been blacking out, no lights on the back, nothing. Have to restart it to get it to come back on. This has happened 3 times in the past week.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I have restarted it, which is the only way to bring it back up when it does that but I was hoping to not have to wipe out my data by doing a factory reset. 😞

You don't lose a single byte of your data when doing a Factory Reset--might lose some Apps and have to do some of your watch settings again.
