Versa screen loose

I received my Fitbit versa as a gift 6months ago, the corner Of the screen face is loose and I could actually pop it clean off (although I’m not). Anyone else had issues like this? 
also should I be contacting Fitbit or the retailer of where it was Purchased for a replacement? 
many advice gratefully appreciated

There seem to be quite a few posts reporting this issue and it appears that it's not repairable although the problem is covered by the warranty. Going to the retailer might be quicker and easier. If that's not possible you can contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
