I purchased a Fitbit Versa in June 2018, never had any problems with the watch until today. Looked at the watch at 11:00 for date and everything was fine. Looked at watch again at 2:00 while at work and the entire watch face is missing off the watch. It is still tracking steps but nothing is protecting the watch.
Has this happened to others? Is there a way to replace the screen? Seems like the watches should last longer than 18 months. My kids have Apple watches and they are 3 years old and still going.
