Hi my versa is not working. The screen wasn’t working so Let it run out of battery and charge bk up again nothing. Anyone else had this problem ?

Since your Versa is experiencing screen issues as well, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
