My Versa was working fine all day then just turned off. Battery was charged and not I can’t get it back on. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and even talked to Fitbit chat and because it is out of the year warranty they won’t do anything. Do I have any options?

I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
