I bought my versa new at the end of March of this year and all of a sudden the back button stopped working after swimming on vacation last week. I have tried resetting and restarting my versa and tried using the canned air nothing has worked! What can I do?

@Britne welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the button issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
