I have tried on my Samsung note 9 and on my Dell laptop to do the update my Versa and it won't update.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, I would like to know if you mean "update" by syncing your data or update your Versa's firmware update.
If the firmware update can't be completed, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.
