My Versa screen has stopped working. I know that the tracker still works be under my app shows an updated step count. The screen stays black and will not turn on, even when charging.
I have tried all of the following I found in the forums multiple times:
Restarting by holding two buttons.
Resetting by holding all three then releasing one to complete the reset.
Letting the battery completely drain then charging again.
Is my screen totally dead? Not very happy since this tracker is a little over 2 years old.

My Versa just did the same thing and it won't be a year old until Christmas! I've tried all the above.

Same problem. But when i put it on the charger my screen works either it first says 0% but then a few seconde later it says 99%. But if i take it off the charger pff dead again..

I am having the same issue with mine. It is a little less than 2 years old. Got it off the charger and it just would not work anymore. Battery was 99% but would not do anything
