Versa screen not working and battery draining

All of the sudden in the last two weeks my battery will only last one day, if that. I have never left it on the charger past hitting 100 battery level. Also, the screen has quit working, I can see the home screen but can’t swipe or pick any icon if I manage to get to the second screen. To get it to work again I have to shut it down by holding the side button until the logo appears, but it still won’t work after an hour or so. Please help, I love this watch and want to keep it!

Hi @BaileyE  Try a factory reset. If that doesnt help then contact Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
