I took my versa off yesterday to charge it.it was working fine. Snd when I went to put it on this morning the screen isn't working. I have tried to restart it several times but nothing. My app says it is working but still see nothing. I just got the versa in July for my birthday. I am upset it isn't working.

The restart procedure is the only real tool we have for addressing issues. If that's not working for you then I suspect a hardware failure in which case it's best to contact customer support. If they can't resolve it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
