Versa screen not working

I’ve had my versa for less then 6 months I got it as an early Christmas present and I’ve owned a charge before so I didn’t think I’d need a warranty... well today it was working perfectly fine I looked down and just lines across my screen. I’ve restarted it 3 times and still no screen just lines. Does anyone know what’s wrong or how I could fix it?

Hi @Jozversa  Try restarting your versa several times. If that doesnt help please come back here
