Woke up this morning to Green vertical lines over my screen. Functionality behind is just about visible but lines look like something out of the matrix. Really annoyed as upgraded from the charge 2 that never had problems to this, always having notification connectivity problems and now this. Watch is 5 weeks old and outside of fault return period for curry's UK! Have reset watch several times as suggested but problem remains with screen.

none of the solutions worked for me. ..on my 2nd replacement ... still having same issues.
was a big mistake moving from garmin to fitbit.
googling fitbit vertical lines i was shocked to see so many folks having the same issue.
for a $249+ product this is a lemon. it looks like versa is hastily bought to market product with not enough design/engineering or testing done . their share price speaks for itself..sadly i am bag holder there losing a lot of money as well.. 😞
FITBIT..are you really kidding ??

Same problem. I've reached out to customer support, it may be a week! I might just get a new one this one is less than a year old!

I've also been having this issue. I did the factory reset and still have lines. I'm unable to change clock faces because my screen only shows vertical lines

I am having the same issue. For the cost, I would hope that my device would last much longer than a few months. This is my 3rd Fitbit watch over 5 years. Each version hasn't last. Replacements of the 2 previous version didn't last long either. Quite disappointed as I have loved my Fitbit watches, yet the product just lasts. I have left my watch on the charger over night, just for the watch to turn completely off as if the battery is dead. The face is pixelated with vertical lines upon it when it does come on. I received it for my birthday from my teen daughter. She purchased additional protective face covers for the watch, of which I have constantly used since it was purchased. I have tried factory resetthing the watch several times, even per the suggestions of this post. I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the failed hope of this brand of watch not working, especially considering I want to like this company's product so badly.

Unfortunately, I am having the same problems. Mine is 2 & 1/2 years old. I would like advice on comparisons of smart watches, as this is the only one I have ever owned, and I am the type to try a variety. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Mine did the same and they say it can’t be fixed. They will give me a discount for a new one but for the money it cost I would have expected it to last longer than 2 years. Very frustrated. Especially because I lost my job because of covid and can’t afford a new one!😕

I am seeing the same thing. However I can hold those buttons for 3 days and nothing, no vibration. THoughts?

I had to hold the three when the Fitbit logo came up release the bottom button I think but double check me then hold it for like 12 seconds then
It vibrates release all buttons then it takes a long time like 5 min to go on and off several times before it’s done. But call the service people they can help. And check your warranty.

I’ve done this multiple times now and still no luck. I think I’m way out of warranty. Can anything be done? I got it used from my sister when she upgraded.

I agree with you. For the cost, I would think it would last longer.

Mine is the same, but when I try three button reset the Fitbit logo does not show up. When charging it doesn’t say so, and if it turns on by amazing luck, it will say good charge, so not a charging issue. What do I do! Driving me crazy!!!

Unless it is still under warranty you are screwed. Fitbit will not service it. Good luck! I threw mine in the garbage and bought an Apple.

If it is out of warrant Fitbit will not help you! I threw mine in the Garbage and bought an Apple.

I have the same issue and this solution did not help my problem. This is my 4th Versa and I think it is time to switch to Apple watch!

Ditto
within the warranty I had a problem with the Versa 2. Now I’ve got the green screen AND it’s out of warranty.
It’s so annoying that the Fitbit has such a short life. I’ve been sent a 35% discount code … I won’t be buying another Fitbit
