My watch Versa has stopped working. On December 8, updates began and the clock hung. The FitBit logo is constantly on the screen. I rebooted many times. Nothing helps! During the year, everything was fine.

@koshkaNL, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's showing the Fitbit logo constantly and the clock hung. By the way, thank you for rebooting your watch before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third part clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

The watch cannot connect to phones or computers. Therefore, I can’t change the clock.

It has to be that update that just came down for the Versa. My Versa was working just fine until that lovely piece of code hit it. Now, I have a useless paperweight on my desk.

After the last update, the clock stopped working. No contact with the phone or computer.

I tried everything! The watch shows only the fitbit logo. No contact, not with the phone, not with the computer! This latest update is awful! What should I do?
