Versa screen stays black

Yesterday I had to charge my Versa because it was dead and once it was fully charged I realized that the time wasn’t correct. So, I synced it and everything was all right until this morning when my screen was black (no lights in the back ether). I tried to charge it again but the screen doesn’t change. I used different wall outlets/chargers and nothing. Cleaned the watch and charging cable, nada. Tried to reset and factory reset, but that doesn’t work because again the screen just stays black... what now?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. You say you tried to do a resent, but would you please try holding down the button for 10-20 seconds to see if the Fitbit logo will appear. If the screen remains black, then the next step is to contact Customer Support HERE
