Versa screen switching by itself

My versa keeps switching screens from the watch screen to screen wake and music controls and it does it every few seconds. I have tried turning it off but nothing seems to work. I have had to stop wearing it because every time it changes it vibrates even through the night which keeps me awake. I have turned it off reset to factory settings and I still can’t get it to stop changing. What else can I do.

I have the same issue and this didn't solve it. My versa 2 keeps switching screens and now the left back button doesn't work anymore. Had the watch for over a year and it is now completely useless. Any solution that works???
