Versa screen unresponsive

Hello! My Versa screen is unresponsive and the battery life has dropped tremendously. I've had my Versa for 6+ months. A week ago was the first time it completely died before I had a chance to charge it. I charged it but had to charge it again 2 days later when the battery went down to around 20%. As soon as it did is when I noticed for the first time I wasn't able to use the screen. I did the 2 button reset and it was fine. A day or so later I had to do it again - twice. Since then I started researching and found out about holding all 3 buttons down to reset the entire thing. It worked off and on for another 2 days. Now the screen is completely unresponsive no matter what I do. I've tried the buttons, I tried charging it, I changed the clock face to see if that would do anything. The entire time, it's been syncing with my phone. There is no issue besides the battery and not being able to use the touch screen.

Welcome to the Community Forums @AmyRenny! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks so much for all the steps you've tried so far in order to solve the issue with your Versa's display.

I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
