This seems to be a common issue I am reading where the versa screen will become unresponsive. It will show the home screen or open menus when you use the buttons on the sides but the screen will is not responsive to any touch. Thus I can not clear notifications or go to track workouts as it won’t let me start one or even end it if it suddenly starts to work. I have rebooted the device, done a full factory reset, as well as letting it go through charging cycles. Any help or assistance would be great.

@zvector95, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen feature stopped working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same issues and followed the same path ... I have changed clock faces and no response. I have removed device several times and no response. Nothing changes.
