Hi There,
I recently updated my fitbit through a notification in the app that new firmware was available.
Since then ive been having issues with the heart rate monitor. My resting heart rate is currently around 150 bpm and my max has been around 200. I did an hour session on Wednesday which showed I had burned over 800 calories (not possible!) and then yesterday I attempted to use my fitbit for my exercise and its logging my calories as 0 for my entire workout, but my heart rate again was showing as much higher than it would be.
Ive also noticed the light on the back of my watch is now red, im sure it was green before, but maybe wrong on that one?
Ive read through a few similar issues on here, has anyone managed to get a resolution or is anyone else having the same issues since the update?
Thanks,

@TMG122 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Versa. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
