Versa screen very dim

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The screen brightener and wake icons  in settings won’t respond when I tap them. I notice that compared to all of the other setting headings they are both dim and inactive. The screen is too dim to read in bright light and I have to switch the screen and off manually. This has happened spontaneously, I haven’t re-set anything.  Very annoying. Nothing to do with battery condition because it is the same when charge is 100%. Can anyone help please?

Hi there @Coleighd, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot you Versa 2's display prior to contacting us.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works properly. The steps can be found by clicking here

I'm looking forward to you response, keep me posted.

Thank you. I have changed to one of the Fitbit clock faces, “Business” and it has made no difference. The problem remains.

Kind regards,

Colin. (Coleighf@virginmedia.com)
