I can't swipe the screen on my Verse 2. I have restarted it several times. I can't change the clock face (as some have suggested), because I can't swipe. I can't factory reset because I can't swipe. I can't return the watch to Amazon because it's been more than 30 days. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Contacted Fitbit customer service. After an hour on the phone trying to repair the watch they decided to send me a new one.
