Versa's touch screen stopped working

The touch screen stopped working after a few weeks. Cannot access the watch or settings at all. Messages and clock will show up but cannot access anything. Already tried letting the battery die completely and then recharge. Nothing works.

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@Rozzettka, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen feature stopped working. By the way, thank you for trying the workaround you mentioned above before contacting our forums.

 

After performing the restart process that @SunsetRunner shared, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your answers.  But I tried this stuff too . I did it many times and it never helped.  I have been having problems for 20 days.  Just to be sure I just did again 3-4 times and nothing.  My watch started to be worst and worst like the  button doesn't work quite often lately.  

I am just keep making video's how the watch doing nothing sometimes
