My Versa is 2 years old and suddenly stopped displaying. I have tried everything I can find. On my phone app it shows a green full battery charge. When I try to turn it on holding the buttons as suggested it buzzes and a vaguely dark gray square emerges which then disappears. Please help.

Hi! My device has also been doing this I bought my Fitbit versa a couple of years ago. I have tried all the solutions you have listed here, but nothing has worked, the screen is still black. What is the next step? I’d like to have my fit bit back!!

My husband's versa was doing the same thing and I tried this fix. It reset and showed the fitbit screen rotating all the various languages. But it then faded out and is now black screen again that we cannot get to show any clock face or app. It also is no longer synced with his account.
We would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

My Fitbit I got last year for my birthday and it just stopped working two weeks ago I contacted them and they told me the same thing and gave me 30% off like why would I spend that much money on another one just for it to stop working again!! Fitbit is out of their mind!!!

Absolutely same experience. Bought my Versa 2 in Dec, 2019. Last year Dec I didnt use it for a month and the device went out of charge completely. Not after I charged the device I can't see anything on the screen but can feel the vibrations. In fact the device also connects to my phone but then that is all. Called up customer care who asked me to restart the device by pressing the button for 10 seconds. Since none of the trouble shooting helped he raised a ticket and the response I received was:
"Thank you for contacting us with regards to your Versa 2 display not working. It will be a pleasure to assist you.
Thanks for troubleshooting with us.
After reviewing your account, we see that your device is no longer in the warranty period, and therefore isn’t eligible for replacement. For more information about our warranty policy, visit fitbit.com/returns."
Why on earth will I buy another Fitbit I dont know.. There is no attempt to fix the device.. I never asked for a free service from their end. if they could fix it I would even pay up.. Alas !!
For the price I paid for Fitbit, I could probably own 3 Mi trackers !!

My Fitbit lasted EXACTLY 2 years. Dec 2019 to Dec 21. And there is no attempt from Fitbit's end to find a solution ! Pathetic..

This is my exact issue. Zero problem with functionality, connects to app, vibrates, can hear texts coming through, but the screen is blank, there is a grayish box showing it has power, but zero graphics. I love my watch, very frustrating not having it working.
