Versa screen went black

I've had my versa a little over a year. Just a few days ago the screen displayed a bunch of lines and then went black. It's still tracking steps and will snyc to my phone but nothing on the screen. I've tried a reset and factory reset and nothing happens. It's like the light that displays the screen broke/went out. Is there anything I can do or Fitbit or retailer I bought it from can do at this point. I'd really like it to last longer than a year.

@smoakabby329 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not turning on even though you have restarted it and tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, plug your Versa on the charger and see if the display turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thanks for the help. I did that also. But I chatted with a customer service
rep last night and my replacement has been processed. Thanks for your help!
