Versa screen went black

My screen is black and light on the black is blinking red. I tried to charge but still black screen.

@Llebsack welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black and won't turn on even though you have charged it.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display comes back to life.

I can’t do any of these steps because my Fitbit will not turn on.

Just had this same problem.  I found something on here that worked.  Hold the back button (left side) down and the bottom button on the right until the Fitbit logo shows, then let go.  Mine came back on.  Hope that works for you

There was also someone who held all 3 buttons downs.  They said it took about 3 minutes.  The 1st option worked for me so I didn't try that one, but worth a try maybe.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
