Versa screen went black

So I have been having troubles with my Fitbit 1st it was lines on the screen and they went away and then it kept shutting off then on then off then on all on its own and now the screen is completely black I've tried resetting multiple times and still no luck with it working. I have had it about maybe a yr got it for Christmas. When I do try to reset it I do feel the vibrations but there's nothing on the screen at all and the app says I was at 100%and then dropped immediately to 87% and continued to drop. What shall I do.

@Shepard87, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on properly.
