The Versa is TRASH!! Every 4 months since I purchase it had to be replaced. Now that my warranty is up I have to pay for a new one. My watch didn't even work for 6 months straight. Did not swim all the time. The screen just went black again! I spent over $200 when it first came out. They took it off the market because they knew it was a horrible product. It's not fair or right. I have had 4 replacements in under a year. I love the look of the watch but scared to buy a new one in fear it be like the last. This is so messed up. I need my Fitbit for my weightloss journey. Who can afford to spend over $200 every year year for a watch with a extended warranty?? Then have to constantly get it replaced.

@Tymarie, welcome to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa went black and I'm sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
Please visit this page for more information about the warranty policy.
I'll be around if you have more questions.

I had the Versa it went black every 3 months. Replaced it every three months until the warranty was up. Year later. Went and purchased a Versa Lite in March 2020. Guess what it went black in 2 months. It's only May!!!! I'm glad I didn't be pay any more than I did on the watch. Plus I bought the extend warranty. Replace my watch Fitbit. Y'all know these watches are trash. Shame on me for coming back. Send me that replacement watch in the mail. You have my info on file.

I wonder if there is something with you. I have one friend that can not wear an electric watch, they all fail. Another friend finds that when he puts a mechanical any watch on his wrist, the watch slows down. Leave it on the counter, it keeps time fine. He still uses a pocket watch for this reason
